Prices throughout the Website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR. Payment can only be accepted in quoted currency. All prices on website are including GST (Goods and Services Tax).

For International deliveries, additional duties and taxes may be applicable for the ordered items as per your country regulations, which will be billed separately to you by the courier company at the time of delivery.

Prices of the products on the Website are subject to change without notice, and can vary from piece to piece, and from time to time, depending on the price of raw materials at the time of production. Gold, silver and precious stones are commodities, with market fluctuations beyond our control. Occasionally, a piece will sell, and then be recreated at a later date with a difference in price. This simply reflects the market value of the raw materials and may not mean that we have increased our mark-up.

ORDER OF PRODUCTS

Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered. Dispatch of all the product(s) ordered, may or may not happen at the same time, in such a scenario that portion of the order which has been dispatched will be deemed to have been accepted by us and the balance would continue to be on offer to us and we reserve the right to accept or reject such balance order.

No act or omission Praag Jewel prior to the actual dispatch of the product(s) ordered will constitute acceptance of your offer. If you have provided us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to confirm receipt of your order, and email you again to confirm dispatch and therefore acceptance of the order.

We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery. All products are handcrafted so there may be some variations in the actual product received. Packaging of the product may vary from the packaging of the product displayed on the Website.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products we supply, supply only part of an order or divide up orders. We will inform you if we are unable to fulfill your order.

MADE-TO-ORDER: TERMS & CONDITIONS

• A made-to-order item will be specially manufactured on order and shipped within six weeks of placing the order.
• If you wish to cancel your order due to any reason, 25% of the final product cost will be deducted and the balance amount will be refunded.
• You have to pay 100% of the product value at the time of placing a made-to-order request.
• The shipping amount of a made-to-order item will depend on the value of the product, as given below: Domestic shipment:

1. - If product value is above Rs. 6,000, then shipping will be free.
2. - If product value is below Rs. 6,000, then Rs. 200 flat shipping charges will apply per order.
3. - GST at 3% will be charged.

International shipment:

4. - Standard shipping will be free for orders above $200. Below $200, standard shipping will be chargeable.
5. - Priority shipping is always chargeable, starting at $42. The amount will increase based on the value, weight and destination of the shipment.
6. - Import duty if applicable, as per import country laws & regulation, will be charged at the time of delivery.

YOUR OBLIGATIONS

1. You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by Praag Jewel’s registration form.

CANCELLATION BY PRAAG JEWEL

There may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Some situations that may result in your order being cancelled include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional information or verification/s before accepting any order. We will inform you if the entire order or any portion of your order is cancelled or if additional information is required to accept your order. If your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, the said amount will be reverted to your card account.

We will seek authorization on your card for the aggregate amount of the order placed by you, however, we may charge your card (capture) only with the amount corresponding to the actual portion of the order that we are able/willing to fulfill, and any associated shipping charges/taxes and levies etc. Any surplus amount, for which we might have originally sought and received an authorization on your card from your Card Issuer, if not captured by us in the time period stipulated by our Merchant Banker, will not be captured/ charged. If, however, the same is charged to your card/bank account in error, we will refund it as soon as the same is realized by us or brought to our notice, whichever is sooner. Praag Jewel reserves the right to capture/charge your card to the full or partially authorized amount for the concerned order.

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY

Our focus is complete customer satisfaction. In the event, if you are displeased with the services provided, we will refund back the money, provided the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction from our services, clients have the liberty to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our Policy for the cancellation and refund will be as follows:

We will try our best to create the suitable design concepts for our clients.

In case any client is not completely satisfied with our products we can provide a refund but will charge 20% amount for restock. If piece is broken will refund complete amount.  

If paid by credit card, refunds will be issued to the original credit card provided at the time of purchase and in case of payment gateway name payments refund will be made to the same account.

It is agreed by you that you will not dispute the decision made by Praag Jewel and accept the Praag Jewel decision regarding cancellation, modification or replacement of the order.

SALE AND PROMOTION

All offers for sale on the Website shall be subject to the following conditions:

1. The products under sale will be available only till the availability of stock with Praag Jewel. Duration of sale is in the sole discretion of Praag Jewel and it reserves the right to extend or terminate the sale, without further information at any point of time.
2. The products under the sale may be removed/changed/added by Praag Jewel and the discounted prices can also be changed, at sole discretion of Praag Jewel.

SIZING

Dimensions displayed on the Website are noted in centimeters. While we try to ensure that all measurements on our Website are accurate, errors may occur as each piece is unique. Ring sizing is sometimes a challenge to get perfectly right. A very thick band will feel much tighter than a thin band of the exact same size. When sizing a ring, we make every effort to ensure a perfect fit on the first try. Please choose your ring size carefully.
